A graduate of Interlake High School (1984), Coach Reese played ball at Bellevue Community College before earning his degree at the University of Washington in 1990 ... Gerry has been the official scorekeeper for the Eagles since 2006. He also keeps the book during the summer for Honda of Bellevue and has been with them since 2005. ... When free from scorekeeping duties, Gerry enjoys watching his grandson play baseball, as well as other local games. In a good year, he'll see more than 100 games. ... Gerry graduated from Oregon State, and was in Omaha when the Beavers won their second consecutive NCAA Championship. ... Prior to retiring, he served as Bannerwood's head groundskeeper for eight years. ... For fun, he hits the streets on his '85 Honda Knighthawk.
